This is setup as a true emergency-only contact form. Emergencies include an obvious configuration error, (such as loading the Apache start page when you enter your domain name), inability to log into an account that has worked in the past, a possible hacker attack, etc.
Dedicated Server customers are supplied with an emergency access number 24/7. Please call the on-duty admin via this number for any server problems to insure instant attention.
DO NOT E-MAIL EMERGENCY WHEN YOU FIND THAT A SERVER IS DOWN. We monitor our servers 24/7 via paging technology and will be aware of the problem before you first notice it.

SPAM, accounts in violation of our policies, or any dangerous programs being hosted on our servers.
