One of the questions that we see fairly often on a.c.v is "How do I uninstall product X?" It seems that certain products get themselves in a confused state and then won't either uninstall or re-install. This is pretty frustrating, and the only answer is to uninstall manually and then reinstall the product from scratch. This page should help you to do that.
